LS LexJus Sinacta represented the Italian company Kevac, S.r.l, in its attempt to get the domain kevac.com via a UDRP filing. Kevac argued a series of trademarks registered in 2012 and 2013 gave it inherent rights in a domain that had been registered in 2009.
The RDNH ruling was handed up against the company in March 2020.
