Margareto IP of Spain represented Bookker Corporate S.L.U., and its affiliate, The Graffter S.L., of Madrid, both of which were found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking on March 10, 2022. The companies filed a joint UDRP, as parent and affiliate, to grab the domain bookker.com from its owner, who acquired the domain three years prior to the companies’ first trademark registrations, and two years prior to the existence of the companies, themselves.
