Attorney Timony Getzoff, of the Colorado-based firm of Holland & Hart LLP, represented JoshCo Group, LLC, d/b/a/ Veterans Benefits Guide in the company’s effort to steal the three-letter domain VBG.com from its owner. Having no trademark rights, and having only recently started using the acronym VBG, a three-member panel of the National Arbitration Forum found JoshCo Group guilty of harassing the domain owner and Reverse Domain Name Hijacking.
The ruling was handed up June 22, 2023.
