American Tech Firm’s UDRP Blown Up By RDNH

A U.S.-based technology company, NeuBird, Inc., which specializes in using A.I. language models to maintain internet technology infrastructure, has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking for attempting to use a UDRP filing to swipe the domain neubird.com from its current owner, a China-based company that is using the domain to sell sex toys.

A solo panelist of the National Arbitration Forum handed up the ruling of RDNH against NeuBird on September 9, 2025.
