SD Wheel Corp., which sells automotive accessories online, has been hit with a ruling of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking by a three-member panel of the National Arbitration Forum. The company had been trying to grab the domain trailbuilt.com from its current registrant, who acquired the domain more than 14 months before the complainant was able to register a trademark for the mark, “TRAILBUILT”. The NAF panel handed up its ruling of RDNH on November 24, 2021.
