A U.K.-based biotechnology support firm has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking for trying to use the UDRP process to take the domain transcrip.com from its owner. A three-member panel of the World Intellectual Property Organization found TranScrip Partners LLP was guilty of RDNH on September 27, 2021.
