A New Jersey based weaving company, AK Associates LLC, and a separate individual, going only by the initials ‘A.C.’, have been found guilty of using forged documents in their UDRP filing against the registered owner of the domain chafezero.com.
The sole panelist in the matter, Steven A. Maier, writing for the World Intellectual Property Organization, handed up a ruling of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking, stating, on the record, “[T]he Complainants have attempted to pervert the process of the UDRP by the submission of forged documents …”
The ruling was handed up September 1, 2025.
