An e-cigarette brand marketing products under the label “Munchies”, and itself named Munchies LLC, has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking by a panel of the National Arbitration Forum. The lone panelist on the case, Alan L. Limbury, found there was no chance the domain had been registered in bad faith, given the domain’s 1998 registration predates the first use of the complainant’s mark by about 19 years.
Mr. Limbury handed up his ruling against Munchies LLC on August 13, 2025.
