An Australia-based cooking oil manufacturer, Alba Edible Oils Pty Ltd., has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking for using the UDRP process to cajole a panel to permit the transfer of the domain albaoil.com. A one-person panel reviewing the case, Nick J. Gardner, handed up the ruling against Alba Edible Oils on August 1, 2025.
