A French consulting company specializing in helping companies transition to environmentally-friendly practices has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking in connection with its attempt to use the UDRP process to force the transfer of the domain blunomy.com. A single-member panel of the World Intellectual Property Organization, , found the company, Blunomy Advisory, had abused the process, particularly given its trademarks were all registered after the registration date of the domain name.
Panelist Vincent Denoyelle handed up his ruling, which is issued in French, on July 29, 2025.
