A New York-based online clothing company, Goodlife Clothing, has been forced to accessorize itself as a reverse domain name hijacker, this comes after a single-member panel of the World Intellectual Property Organization found the parent company, GL Concepts, LLC, doing business as Goodlife, guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking in connection with their UDRP filing to take the domain goodife.com. The domain was registered in 1998, while a current trademark for GL Concepts, for the mark “GOODLIFE” dates only to 2015. The panel handed up its RDNH ruling on May 17, 2022.
