Late For The Registration, Company Earns RDNH Trying To Steal Domain

An Alabama-based individual, Erik Harp, doing business as a currency exchanger, under the moniker ‘Gold Rush’, has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking after using a UDRP filing to force the transfer of the domain goldrushdallas.com from its registered owner.

A single panelist of the National Arbitration Forum, Alan L. Limbury, handed up his RDNH ruling against Mr. Harp on September 11, 2025.
