A single-member panel of the National Arbitration Forum has handed up a ruling of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking against Centene Corporation, which had filed a UDRP to gain control of the domain fidelisinsurancecompany.com. The sole panelist was Alan Limbury.
Mr. Limbury handed up his ruling against Centene on October 30, 2025, noting Centene’s trademarks for the mark, “fidelis”, were not unique, given the number of trademarks held by third parties, which also use “fidelis” as a mark.
