Medical Software Firm Slapped With RDNH Trying To Steal Family Domain

Case Number: NAF 2162186

Complainant: Contractpod Technologies, Ltd.

Represented by: Isabelle Jung Greenberg

A London-based medical software company has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking in connection with a UDRP complaint it had filed to gain control of the domain leah.ai. The company, Contractpod Technologies Ltd., has a UK trademark for the LEAH mark dating to 2018. However, the company did not offer any services related to artificial intelligence until 2023, which was four years after the domain, itself, was registered.

The respondent, a father from Connecticut, registered the domain for his daughter, named Leah, in 2019.

The sole panelist reviewing the case, Alan L. Limbury, handed up a ruling of RDNH against the UK concern on June 30, 2025.
