A Belgian firm offering computer and information technology consulting services to law firms has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking after trying to use the UDRP process to steal the domain lawcloud.com. The company, Lawcloud B.V., was incorporated in Belgium in 2017; however, the domain was registered in 2006. A three-member panel of the World Intellectual Property Association handed up its ruling on February 22, 2023.
