Slade Shipping, Inc., which does business as Slade Global, has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking in connection with a UDRP filing in which the company attempted to transfer the domain sladeglobal.com from its present owner. The sole panelist in the case, Nathalie Dreyfus, handed up her RDNH ruling on August 19, 2025, finding that the company did not accrue any trademark rights in the mark “slade” until a decade after the domain had been registered.
