Eetho Brands, Inc., which started selling energy supplement drinks in 2020, has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking by a one-member panel of the World Intellectual Property Organization, following the company’s use of the UDRP process to deprive a domain owner of their property interests in the domain dosedaily.com.
Panelist Matthew Kennedy handed up his ruling on August 13, 2025, writing that Eetho Brands had attempted to claim trademark rights where no trademarks existed on the primary register, only the supplemental register, which does not impart any rights.
