An off-brand manufacturer of children’s toys, Regal Games, has found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking for trying to transfer the domain regalgames.com using the UDRP process. A sole panelist of the National Arbitration Forum found Regal attempted to mislead the panel, and further found the company could not prove a 2019 trademark registration gave it rights to a domain that was originally registered in 2016. The RDNH ruling was handed by Panelist Luca Barbero on December 23, 2021.
