A U.S.-based company that is a manufacturer of cleaning products and solutions, Nuvik USA Inc., has been found guilty of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking by a single-memer panel of the World Intellectual Property Organization, after filing a UDRP to transfer the domain nuvik.com, which was registered nine years before the U.S. company existed.
The panelist, Assen Alexiev, handed up the RDNH ruling on August 5, 2025.
